The crew from Gopher Roofing did an excellent job re-roofing our garage. I recently had two separate roof repairs done in OCT and DEC by Gopher Roofing. The work on both projects was completed by Pedro and an assistant, and they did a great job on both jobs. I received thorough explanations of the repairs needed on the estimates and during the project, when I had a few questions. They were on-time for the estimates and repairs, and were finished with both projects and cleaned-up within their estimated time-frames. Gopher Roofing repaired and replaced my roof in mid-December. They did a very good job, quickly and cleanly. Their workmen were courteous and responsive. I found it instructive that several other workers, from the pool service to the wind inspector, also commented on the neatness of the work and the quality of the finished product.

We signed the contract and his time estimate was realistic and accurate. Next, Edgar arrived on schedule with 12 men to remove our old tiles, they all were very professional, worked hard, were relatively quiet and extremely NEAT and CLEAN. Next, Edgar and 3 men led by Marciano arrived to put the new tiles on. Again, they were ALL very polite, professional and did a fantastic and thorough job. They took their time and did a great job. The crew, Marciano, Fidel & Thomas, were prompt every day and very meticulous in making sure everything was done correctly (we watched them closely). Our experience can best be described as outstanding. From our first call, we were treated with courtesy and professionalism. Kevin showed up early for our appointment and gave our problem immediate attention. He clambered into our attic and on to our roof to make a thorough inspection…even fixing a slipped tile along the way. Then he reported that our problems was so minor he recommended NO action. We couldn’t believe it. Nonetheless, we asked for him to arrange for repairs to the most accessible of the minor items. Eric called shortly after and said that, coincidentally, a repair crew was in our neighborhood and could come over THAT SAME DAY!….and they did! What a great team. HIRE GOPHER ROOFING ABOVE ALL OTHERS….!!! I know houses! I’ve built them, fixed them and purchased many…. I know when a contractor is saying and doing the right things. Several companies came out to quote a simple repair in one area of my 20-year-old leaking barrel tile roof…. Not one of them climbed into the the attic, none took pictures that definitively showed me the problem. All of the others overpriced the job by $500-$1000 leaving a fudge factor in their quote to their benefit. All of the others attempted to brow beat me into repairing more areas of the roof in a sort of grand slam style …for themselves… The approach was…if this happened to one area of the roof, the other areas will follow…. BS!!!! Gopher in contrast… immediately crawled through the attic and brought back a picture that definitively showed me the exact defect that was causing the problem. They then followed with a fair quote repairing the area affected. In sharp contrast to all other quotes…they actually told me to not fix the other areas of the roof until they were broken. Absolutely no greed!! Wow!! They gave me a start date and arrived on time. The crew was respectful and clean cut. And most importantly they delivered attention to detail in their work and in the care of my yard as well. They even cleaned up after themselves. It was as if they never where here. Not one broken tile, no marks left on my white gutters…. They were perfect!! Hire them above all others!!!…what more can I say??? Gopher Guys!! and Gals!! This is the second time this year that we have needed roof repairs and both times I have been very impressed with the office managing appointments and payments, Kevin’s knowledge and professionalism quoting jobs and both crews that have worked on our house. Kevin Martinez came out to assess the leak in my roof. His assessment involved going up into the attic to determine the cause. He took pictures and showed me the damage and gave me the cost of repairs. Gopher Roofing came in less than the other two estimates I had received. Jay, kept me posted on the scheduled appointment. Walter and Luis repaired the damaged area and did a great job. Edgar Bautista supervised the job and was diligent in repairing the tiles that were cracked or needed repair throughout the roof. I was provided excellent, professional service. They were honest and efficient.

Gopher Roofing did an excellent job on our roof repair. They sent a representative to inspect and diagnose the problem within 7 days of contacting them. They returned a week later for the repair. The workers were very professional and left the property clean and provided photos before and after and explained the work that was done. Very satisfied and would recommend them highly and would use Gopher Roofing in the future.

I had roof repairs completed by Gopher. Work crew consisted of Pedro A (crew chief). Rick and PJ. The entire crew was courteous, professional and masters of their trade.
